one step at a time
other than writing a thesis paper that challenged the idea of writing a thesis paper, there has finally been time for further exploration of ideas. some are fairly simple and straight forward like, using some of the small cylinders as scale models for a larger cylinder and just try to replicate the structure. others are a bit more curious, questionable, and unnecessary at times, like trying to construct the "full cycle" of paint. making paint out of paint. the questionable and unnecessary doesn't stop me from trying new experiments, if it did, "the sculptural painting" and all my other experiments would have never happened.
